Real Estate Manager International

**Your Role**:
As International Real Estate Manager, you will lead and optimize our real estate portfolio, spanning corporate and industrial properties across key international markets. Your responsibilities will support strategic growth and innovation while addressing the demands of a rapidly evolving international real estate landscape. Key responsibilities include:
- Real Estate Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of office and industrial properties worldwide, from acquisition and operation to optimization and potential divestment. Optimize asset performance, ensure alignment with corporate objectives, and oversee all aspects of contract management, including drafting, negotiating, and renewal processes.
- Project Leadership and Management: Lead international real estate projects, including site selection, conducting Due Diligence, preparing valuations, and creating decision-making proposals. Act as a key interface, coordinating effectively between clients and internal technical, legal, and commercial departments to align goals and deliver successful outcomes.
- Portfolio Valuation and Management: Conduct asset valuations (e. g. DCF), maintain robust real estate database and leverage tools like Power BI for global reporting on profitability, risks, and project performance.
- Business Development and Commercial Management: Identify opportunities in key international regions, foster relationships with international stakeholders, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives, including marketing and procurement activities.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the real estate sector, with a focus on industrial and corporate properties are a big plus.
- Robust commercial management skills and affinity to drive business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken); proficiency in German is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and affinity for tools like Power BI.
