**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Contract Commercial Manager is responsibility is to manage the execution of the Program Management System in order to deliver commercial requirements and business objectives for the assigned accounts. Business objectives include financial, customer satisfaction, audit readiness, business controls posture and adherence to standard processes and global tools.
- Facilitate the management of the contract activities
- Required deep expertise in Agile methodology, ability to facilitate squad ceremonies, mural updates, funnel prioritization, metrics and showcase;
- Perform and support advanced customer services activities, including (but not limited) problem investigation, resolution and client engagement;
- Severs as an advisor/mentor/trainer for new members of the squad;
- Supports audits and business controls engagements;
- Helps the squads to set funnel priorities via two way communication with clients/sellers
