**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Proficiency in speaking and writing in English.
- Outgoing and energetic, with the ability to engage in customer conversations.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service is essential.
- Ability to read and understand flow charts.
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities.
