We're hiring: Quality Assurance - Test Automation // Advanced English level

**Education:

- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Science or similar.
- At least 5 years of proven experience as Test Automation Engineer.
- Experience in the Automotive or Financial industry is a plus.
- Advanced English is required.

**Work experience:

- At least 5 years of experience of demonstrated success in the specialized technical area.
- At least 5 years of experience working with international teams.
- At least 5 years of experience of participation in projects and initiatives.

**Responsibility of the profile:

- Work closely with the development and product teams to understand product requirements and functionalities.
- Develop and implement automated testing strategies, test criteria, test cases, and scripts.
- Maintain and improve existing automated tests, and add new ones as required.
- Set up and maintain test environments, and ensure they align with production configurations.
- Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report testing status to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot test failures and provide detailed bug reports to the development team.
- Assist in managing and improving CI/CD processes.
- Keep up to date with new testing tools and strategies.

**Knowledge:

- Test Automation: Proficiency in test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete.
- Containers and Orchestration: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes would be beneficial.
- API Testing: Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI.
- Performance Testing: Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner.
- Test Automation: Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, JMeter, or similar tools.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in a language such as Java, Ruby, Python, or C#
- Databases: Understanding of SQL and experience with a database system such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar.
- Version Control Systems: Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Agile/Scrum: Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum development process.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud would be beneficial.
- Bug Tracking: Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
- Tools: Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of SDLC: Understand basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
- Software Development: Understanding of basic software development principles and technologies is a plus.
- Experience writing step definitions in Ruby. (Must)
- Experience coding and writing test cases in Javascript, C# and Java (plus).
- Experience with HTML and CSS.
- Understanding of how page objects work and how to define them.
- Expert level of understanding of gherkin script and how Cucumber reads it.
- Scrum team member experience.
- Experience using Postman or equivalent tool for web api calls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A well-disciplined approach to work, maintaining high standards for work delivery.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of self-motivation and initiative.
- Demonstrable ability to understand technical issues at a high level.
- Ability to manage project priorities and deadlines.
- Framework Technical stack (RSPEC, Selenium, Site Prism, Capybara, Faker, Faraday, Rake, Cucumber.
