**Job Title**: Bilingual Customer Service and Project Coordinator.
- Update customers on their project status.
- Handle service calls and provide solutions or escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or project management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

BIWEEKLY payment.

- 8 hour day + lunch break.

**Work Schedule**: full-time

**Requirements**:

- High school completed.
- 18 years or older.
- **Advanced/native level of English: ability to read, write and speak English fluently.**
- FULL-TIME availability from MONDAY TO Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (Your work day would be assigned within this time range).
- Experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Communication jobs.
- Skill with PC, databases and Office packages.
- Focused on providing excellent customer service with a focus on problem solving.
- Ability to perform different tasks (multitask).

Pay: $13,000.00 - $27,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 25700, Monclova Centro, Coah.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
