We are looking for an **Insurance Manager** (Operations Manager) with knowledge on Health Insurance Providers (Medical Insurances) from the U.S. and their policies.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Overseeing the hiring and training of the staff.
- Efficiently managing the insurance department.
- Planning and structuring the department workflow and staffing.
- Monitor all KPI's and improve automation workflow.
- Coordinating with medical staff to ensure that charts are sealed on time.
- Develop SOP's and develop and oversee the training program.
- Collaborate with the US-based counterpart.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, health care administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in healthcare.
- Sound knowledge of health insurance providers.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per month
