**Position Summary**

We are currently recruiting for a **Customer Service** to join our existing Energy team within our Power & Industrial (P&I) division.

**Position Responsibilities**

  • Open and maintain customer accounts, feed account information.
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contribute to team effort by achieving related results as needed.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and archive documents.
  • Responsible for the administrative process, from the reception of the PO to the coordination of the delivery with the client.
  • Provide support with shipments and documentation necessary to complete the sales process.

**_ Education, Qualifications and Affiliations_**

Essential

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanics / or related (titled)

**Experience**

**Essential**

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position or demonstrable experience as a customer service representative.

**Thechnical Requirements**

  • Intermediate Office parcel handling
  • Experience with ERP systems.

**Skills**

Essential

  • Intermediate - Advanced level of English
  • Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to respond professional and courteous to clients at all times
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of situations.
