**Position Summary**
We are currently recruiting for a **Customer Service** to join our existing Energy team within our Power & Industrial (P&I) division.
**Position Responsibilities**
- Open and maintain customer accounts, feed account information.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contribute to team effort by achieving related results as needed.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and archive documents.
- Responsible for the administrative process, from the reception of the PO to the coordination of the delivery with the client.
- Provide support with shipments and documentation necessary to complete the sales process.
**Person Specification**
**_ Education, Qualifications and Affiliations_**
Essential
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanics / or related (titled)
**Experience**
**Essential**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position or demonstrable experience as a customer service representative.
**Thechnical Requirements**
- Intermediate Office parcel handling
- Experience with ERP systems.
**Skills**
Essential
- Intermediate - Advanced level of English
- Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Ability to respond professional and courteous to clients at all times
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of situations.
