**Key Accountabilities**:
**You’ll support our success by**:

- Excellence in design across media platforms, mostly digital, including web, social media and brand development
- Review input (specs and other traffic and media information) for completeness to do ingest work into the creative workstream; ability to articulate additional needs to launch a task
- Create from concept (treatments, web-page mock-ups, wireframes) to highly-polished conclusions
- Collaborate with copywriters on outlines for landing pages, scripts and advertising
- Create graphics packages intended for web experiences, video or digital brand standards
- Editing of animations including web animations
- Logging, organizing, formatting, labelling and helping to distribute and/or archive as needed
- Present ideas to internal colleagues and clients and articulate creative reasoning and benefits, as well as alignment to creative brief
- Ability to quickly generate (independently or collaboratively) creative ideas and use an iterative process to drive multiple, unique ideas options to consider

**Skills & Experience**:
**What you need to have to be successful**:

- Expertise in Xd, Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Excel, Word
- Experience working within brand systems, standards and tool kits
- Working in web-build platforms such as WordPress, manage apps such as Canva and ability to learn and work in other client supplied SAAS type platforms
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript proficiency; web design front-end experience.
- Understand social media channels (aspect ratios, file size limits, file types e.g. video, animated GIFs)
- Understanding of mobile-first approach to digital design.
- Adobe Premiere and After Effects a Plus
- Web animations via Lottie (.json), CSS, JavaScript familiarity helpful
- Excellent verbal communication and thought articulation skills
- Ability to confidently and professionally present designs to client.
