KRONOS SPECALIST

Warranty the time and attendance business process, the stability, functionality, End User support, and functional maintenance of KRONOS for all YFAI MX locations.

1. Time & Attendance first and second level support; provide support to supervisors, Human Resource, Local Taxes and Payroll Area.

4. Responsible of T&A parameterization for new location, Time sheet creation, genies and data view creation for new data consult, Payment code creation, business rules creation, vacation rules, set up new terminals, hyperfind consults creation. Record Manager maintenance and configuration, Interface integration and customization. Contact with Kronos for quotation.

6. Created, assign and provide access profiles.

7. Train the trainers, and End User training.

8. Identify opportunities areas and provide analysis of solutions to be implemented in order to saving. Automatization processes (new work rules).

9. Every requirement or customs requirement has to be along with Help Desk Remedy ID ticket number to be attended, in order to assurance the process.
