**Remote | Flexible Hours | Full-Time** **TopFoxx** is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Virtual Assistant** to support our team with **deep research, supplier negotiations, and the product development process**. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is a **strong communicator in English**, and is willing to **work late/weekend hours** as needed to collaborate with international vendors and manufacturers. **What You’ll Do** - Conduct deep research on **e-commerce trends, suppliers, vendors, and product innovations**: - **Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers** to negotiate pricing, materials, and terms - Analyze vendor options to ensure **quality, cost-effectiveness, and scalability**: - Assist in the **product development process**, collaborating with marketing, sales, and leadership teams - Track and manage timelines for **sampling, production, and inventory planning**: - Compile detailed reports and updates on **vendor communications, pricing, and market insights**: - Adapt quickly to changes, proactively solve challenges, and support team needs **What We’re Looking For** ✔ **Exceptional English communication skills** (written & verbal) ✔ Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities ✔ **Experience in e-commerce, supply chain, or product development is a plus** ✔ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects ✔ **Willingness to work odd hours** to accommodate international vendor time zones ✔ Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently **Hours & Salary**: - Hourly Rate Ranges from $700-$1000 monthly (depending on experience) - Schedule is Monday - Friday Eastern Time (start and end time are flexible) - 40 hours per week. **---> Night time and early morning required to talk to suppliers** - Holidays & Seasonal Peak Times may require overtime **Why Join TopFoxx?** - **Work with a fast-growing, innovative brand** in the fashion industry - **Remote & flexible role** requires commitment & availability for global supplier calls - **Opportunities for growth** in e-commerce, product development, and operations - Free sunnies & brand products If you’re a **highly resourceful and strategic thinker** who loves research, negotiation, and bringing products to life, we’d love to hear from you - **TopFoxx**is an equal opportunity employer.
