Sr. Controlling Analyst

Position: Sales Controlling Specialist

Reporting to: Controlling Supervisor

Objective:
1.Provide market and business insights on pricing strategies that enable sales managers and representatives to plan and control the new business development in accordance with the profitability planned.

2. Provide structured controlling reporting to track the profitability for the current focus segments.

3. Assure the transparency of the business results through deep analysis and pricing processes that contribute to the sustained profitability of the portfolio.

4. Provide support and knowledge as a Subject Matter Expert on all profitability and insurances topics for the Sales, Insurance and Credit departments.

Activities:
1. Execute and enhance reporting tasks to track the profitability results on a monthly basis.

2. Establish and execute a process to forecast acquisitions, portfolio and profitability development on a monthly and yearly basis.

3. Develop pricing processes to ensure transparent business reporting.

4. Establish a regular communication process for business results to the management and the direct users like Sales and Credit colleagues

5. Provide support as a Subject Matter Expert for all insurance and sales related topics

6. Continuous innovation to create efficiencies in manual processes, searching the digitization of the processes

Knowledge
- Bachelor of administrative-economic area (Finance, Economics, Accounting, Administration, etc.), Engineer with specialty on finance topics, Actuary or Mathematician.
- English 70%
- Desirable knowledge of finance products (financial and leases).
- Excel proficiency.
- Programming notions in any language (Visual Basic, SQL, R, SAS, Python, etc).
- Knowledge of financial profitability metrics (TIR, ROE & RoRAC)

**Experience**:

- 1 year of experience in finance, sales, economic or treasury departments
