EMPRESA MULTINACIONAL ESTA BUSQUEDA DE _**ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST**_

**Responsable general de la función de Ventas y Cuentas por Cobrar. Proveer apoyo a la Finanzas de la tienda en las conciliaciones diarias de ventas y cobros.**

**ACTIVIDADES;**
- Asegurarse de que la conciliación diaria de ventas de comercio electrónico se realice de manera precisa y oportuna, incluyendo la publicación de los estados de ventas en el sistema contable.
- Gestionar las plataformas de pagos electrónicos para conciliar comisiones y depósitos.
- Ingresar facturas de ventas y asignar el código de cuenta/dimensión del negocio para cada factura, y publicarlas en el sistema contable de manera oportuna y consistente.
- Preparar y asegurar la facturación oportuna a clientes locales y extranjeros, incluyendo a las empresas intercompañías.
- Comunicarse con los clientes y bancos sobre consultas relacionadas con cobros.
- Coordinar con los bancos para resolver cualquier problema relacionado con los cobros.
- Conciliar los cobros de bancos y clientes, y realizar las conciliaciones bancarias mensuales.
- Generar informes de antigüedad de cuentas por cobrar y dar seguimiento a las cuentas por cobrar de largo plazo.
- Conciliar las cuentas del libro mayor (GL) mensualmente y los saldos de los clientes.
- Ayudar al Gerente de Finanzas/Asistente de Gerente de Finanzas en la preparación de informes mensuales y cronogramas de auditoría.
- Apoyar y proporcionar capacitación al Asistente de Contabilidad de la Tienda en las conciliaciones diarias de ventas y cobros.
- Coordinar con SO/Tienda para asegurar que se cumpla con el plazo acordado para el cierre y reporte mensual.
- Archivar documentos contables.
- Realizar otras tareas ad hoc relacionadas con la contabilidad y las finanzas.
- Ayudar y preparar cronogramas y documentos para auditorías estatutarias, auditorías internas o auditorías fiscales.

**PERFIL ;**

**INGLES AVANZADO - INDISPENSABLE**
- Título universitario en contaduría o carrera afín.
- Al menos 3 años de experiência laboral en el área de Cuentas por Cobrar.
- Dominio de Microsoft Excel.
- Conocimiento en Microsoft Dynamics MVBC será una ventaja.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión con plazos ajustados.
- Pasión por encontrar nuevas y mejores formas de hacer las cosas y atención al detalle.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente en equipo y en un entorno multinacional, con mínima supervisión.

Sueldo: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mes
