CSIS Mexico operation is the unit responsible to coordinate and support all CSIS Mexico BAU operations. - Support the implementation of the regional CSIS Third Party Management (contracts management) by designing of the related internal processes and providing the appropriate control infrastructure. - Purchase order creation - BAO Role - Tracking invoices according payment terms - Projects - Monthly close process - manage and admin footprint guards, armored vehicles and normal vehicles, among other assets, **Experience**: at least 1 year of experience related to third party management and or payments Bao role experience desirable excell advanced experience self time management Estructured client service attitude Schoolarship: High school, administration carreer or similar - Manejo de proveedores. - Excel intermedio / avanzado. - Proceso de facturación. - **Job Family Group**: Corporate Services - **Job Family**: CSIS Management & Operations - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
