**Actividades y Responsabilidades**:
Dirigir y controlar la gestión de prevención de riesgos y medio ambiente para el cumplimiento de metas del contrato y legislación vigente, y coordinar los recursos necesarios para el cumplimiento de lo anterior.

1. Definir los objetivos y estrategias organizacionales que permitan dar cumplimiento a los compromisos contractuales velando por el cumplimiento satisfactorio de los indicadores de gestión contractuales y a las expectativas de Siemens en materias de Seguridad, Medio Ambiente y Calidad.

2. Definir los indicadores de desempeño y metas al interior de la organización de Siemens para alienar el esfuerzo interno con los objetivos y metas contractuales, relacionados con Seguridad, Medio ambiente y calidad

3. Coordinar, apoyar y hacer seguimiento al plan de capacitación y desarrollo del personal en coordinación con RH para contar con un grupo competente y comprometido

4. Propiciar el cumplimiento de los programas de seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional, motivando la cultura del auto cuidado, y cero daños.

5. Promover el cumplimiento de las normas de protección del medio ambiente, fomentando la implementación de programas que permitan cumplir con todas las disposiciones legales y contractuales.

6. Asegurar la implementación y sostenimiento del Sistema de Gestión Integrado de Calidad y el cumplimiento de los estándares que allí se definan
