**About Our Company****Venture Zebra Group (Mexicali)** is an affiliate of Made in Mars Inc. Our company is directly engaged in the industry of production and manufacturing with multiple line of products from action sports, Strollers, Apparel Production & Auto supply. Aside from being a manufacturing and production company we are now entering merging & business acquisitions from different product lines & ventures as we expect to grow our brand depth significantly on the incoming fiscal year.**Responsibilities**:- Hands-on execution of all site Human Resources functions and facets- Ensures all existing labor laws of of Mexico, Primarily Mexicali are in-compliance on a regular basis.- Develops, and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.- Prepares budget of human resources operations and prepares forecasts to project employment needs.- Represent management in all Labor compliance negotiations at a local & international level in accordance with all agreements & management direction.- Ensures appropriate resolution of employee relations and labor relations issues- Manage and execute the recruitment process; advertising, job descriptions, applicant screening, interview scheduling and reference checks.- Coordinates any compliance training and training program for the entire Manufacturing Site.- Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.- Develops and maintains affirmative action program; files and annually; maintains H.R records, reports and logs to conform to labor law regulations.- Performs general administrative duties as assigned**Qualifications**:- 2 years of extensive Human Resource experience.- Able to work on-site on Mexicali, Baja California- Extensive Knowledge on the Labor Laws of Mexico- Fluent in both English and Spanish- Labor relations experience in organization.- Experience in human resources including employment, training, benefits, and wage and salary administration, communication and continuous improvement.- Previous experience in Manufacturing or production environment is a plus.Ability to commute/relocate:- 21397, Mexicali, B.C.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- We must fill this position urgently.
