**What You’ll be Doing**
Do you have a passion to train and guide others towards best practices? Ready to help people reach for amazing? You'll support and engage new hires and employees in a training environment. You'll make sure each employee is set up for success in their journey by registering associates for their classes and delivering high-quality training.
You'll report to the Manager, Learning & Development. You'll contribute to learners' success through facilitating training programs.
**During a Typical Day, You’ll**
- Meet training completion goals, deliver excellent employee experiences and manage training logistics
- Learn important goals, timeframes, and requirements associated with each training goal and class
- Understand and improve important success metrics associated with training goals
- Be an expert on Training Tools, and ensure all training data is reported
- Coordinate, analyze and consolidate all necessary data to deliver training following client requirements and company standards
**What You Bring to the Role**
- 1 year minimum experience in training or adult learning programs
- 1+ year of experience leading teams to reach targets
- Excellence in achieving goals within a remote environment work-setting
- Nurture an inclusive learning environment with your coaching and facilitation skills to lead classes
- Customer and employee-focused mindset with call center understanding
