Tech Support
Expeiencia de 2 a 3 años como soporte técnico de hardware, software y aplicaciones moviles.
Ingles avanzado fluido indispenable ( dara soporte a usuarios de EUA y Canada)
Apoyar a los miembros del equipo en la resolución de problemas técnicos y brinda orientación y retroalimentación sobre problemas técnicos y relacionados con el servicio al cliente.
Responsabilidades clave
- Brindar soporte de hardware, software y redes a los empleados minoristas por teléfono
- Proporcionar cumplimiento de pedidos y soporte de aplicaciones móviles por correo electrónico
- Documente de manera completa y eficiente las interacciones con los clientes mientras habla por teléfono
- Usar las habilidades de servicio al cliente para ayudar a los empleados y consumidores minoristas a brindar una excelente experiência al cliente
- Capacidad para trabajar por la noche, fines de semana y días festivos
- La confiabilidad y la puntualidad son imprescindibles
Requisitos de trabajo
Calificaciones y Experiência
- Experiência previa con servicio al cliente, soporte técnico o ambos
- Experiência con procedimientos de diagnóstico
Habilidades y Competencias:
- Conocimiento práctico de los sistemas operativos Windows y hardware de PC
- Conocimiento de redes TCP/IP
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal
Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
Salario: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 al mes
Horario:
- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 10 horas
