**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

This role is responsible of executing the end to end internal and external recruitment process for Tech open positions aligned with the local requirements while developing core sourcing processesto identify external talent when needed.

**Your Impact**

**A**s Tech TA Business Partner your functions would consist of**
- Facilitation of Hiring Manager Intake Meeting to align the process, SLAs and profile

requirements.
- Job Description review and requisition posting on ATS and job boards
- Ensure slate diversity representation requirements
- Collect post interview feedback and facilitate consensus discussion, if needed.

**Create the OLDF (Offer Letter Detailed Form) and send it to the MBS team to generate the offer letter.**
- Obtain TR and HR approvals if needed.
- Ensure service delivery and KPIs fulfilment such as Time to Accept (TTA), Time-to-Find/Hire, Hiring Manager Satisfaction scores(HMSS) and system accuracy, among others.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including

functional hiring managers, HR partner, MBS and HBS teams in order to foster partnerships

that yield consistent on-going communication, high-quality results, and efficient

processes in order to build TA function credibility
- Active participation in Talent Acquisition Projects

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Key Skills/Experience Required**
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related.
- Advance English (Written and Verbal skills)
- Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience (minimun 1 year) recruiting IT and/or Technology profiles.
- Customer-focused, adaptable, strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Experience using Applicant Tracking System (i.e., iCIMs or other)
