Materials Planning Manager will be responsible for MPP team (Mexico and Colombia) to guarantee the raw material availability on time to cover client’s needs with high quality inventory and low cost.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Identify, define, and lead initiatives into Planning and Supply Chain overall that can impact materials flow.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the business strategy, systematically analyze data, and solve problems.
- Achieve profitability, cash, and service level targets if relevant.
- Drive improvements in customer satisfaction and cost savings.
- Manage and meet deadlines and multi-task activities.
- Define, implement and monitor Planning KPIs to improve the efficiency of the team.

**You bring**:

- More than 5 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s in supply chain, Engineering or Business;
- English and/or Spanish advanced.
- Ability to lead, develop and retain a team of Planning analysts.
- Facilitation, conflict resolution, influencing, written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
