HR Employee Services Advisor

This position Provides regional administration services through the management of suppliers or service agencies for all those benefits directly aligned to car benefits and/or regional recognition events in accordance with business priorities, exercising communication and negotiations with internal clients and areas of service in order to establish standard execution processes.

Location of the role - Querétaro, Mx - hybrid

Reports to GBS Querétaro Employee Services Team Leader

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- **Coordination of corporate events** with Regional alignment
- ** Administration of the Regional Fleet** CARICAM, Pacific, Chile, Mexico DSF)
- ** Management of product sales** for Kellogg employees at the Querétaro site.
- ** Budget calculation and registration for Fleet** Pacifico and Caricam
- ** Ensures compliance with the metrics and SLA** of the services delivered (Fleet and events).

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Professional degree in Administration, Human Resources or any other field related
- 2-3 years of related work experience
- Skills in Microsoft Office packaging, billing software, and vendor management
- Fluent level of English
- High focus on delivering results and customer focus.
