Supports HR processes by providing services to Amdocs employees, managers and HR teams. Coordinates events and activities to promote the employee experience and enables flawless and efficient end-to-end HR processes.

What will your job look like?
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for Field HR, proactively identifying risks and escalating issues when needed.
  • Apply up‑to‑date HR processes, tools, and best practices in daily interactions with employees and HR partners.
  • Provide solutions aligned with HR guidelines and business priorities, adapting processes when appropriate to meet operational needs.
  • Develop, generate, and present a variety of reports that support HR operations, organizational processes, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate data across HR systems and produce ongoing reports and analytics to support monitoring and decision‑making.
  • Plan and manage the operational execution of HR processes and activities from initiation through completion, ensuring coordination with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all required logistics, documentation, and facilities are in place to support seamless HR process delivery.
  • Perform and oversee Background Check (BGC) verification activities.
  • Manage contract operations with accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Lead and coordinate pre‑boarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires entering the organization.
All you need is...
  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Previous experience in operational roles (that is, handling operational processes and systems)
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of any HR system (HRIS).
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently and proactively.
