The Senior Operation's Manager will need to leverage their experience and tenure to drive industry leading, customer focused, highly successful operation's management. **What You Will Do** - Work closely with Lionbridge Games Quality teams on KPIs, identify key issues, and drive appropriate solutions - Report on overall program health and track and deliver solutions for outstanding program health detractors - Define, manage, and optimize processes & procedures to ensure the highest delivery and response - Drive onboarding and training framework/compliance with onsite team members - Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees - Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations - Manage relationships with key operations vendors while tracking vendor pricing, rebates, and service levels - Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment - Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks and provide strategic solutions.
