**Senior Operations Manager** **Position Summary** The Senior Operations Manager of Lionbridge Games is responsible for program management of key client engagements and day to day site operations of our Boise, Idaho office. It's your job to drive continuous improvement in all areas of delivery of service to client, with primary focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations. You will work closely with Lionbridge Games Quality global teams on delivery and KPIs to meet customer requirements. You will report on overall program health and track and deliver solutions for outstanding program health detractors. The Senior Operation's Manager will need to leverage their experience and tenure to drive industry leading, customer focused, highly successful operation's management. **What You Will Do** - Work closely with Lionbridge Games Quality teams on KPIs, identify key issues, and drive appropriate solutions - Report on overall program health and track and deliver solutions for outstanding program health detractors - Define, manage, and optimize processes & procedures to ensure the highest delivery and response - Drive onboarding and training framework/compliance with onsite team members - Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees - Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations - Manage relationships with key operations vendors while tracking vendor pricing, rebates, and service levels - Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment - Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks and provide strategic solutions.
