**Profile**:
An international company in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua is looking for a Customer Service Representative who:
- Manages and has responsibility for all activities within assigned customer accounts.
- Obtain maximum business while maintaining a high degree of customer confidence to include: pricing, delivery, technical information, and order maintenance. Provide support for field sales representatives.
Background & Experience:
- Graduate or minimum of 5th year of Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing
- Fluent English Proficient is a must.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong communication skills and capabilities.
- Three years’ experience in a customer service related field - preferred.
- Excellent skills Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and pivot table creation/utilization are a plus.
- Strong reading comprehension is a must.
- Ability to learn and use different software.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare orders and prepare the entry function of the order processing system.
- Answer questions from customers, sales representatives, and/or distributors.
- Prepare quotes and provide delivery information on new or existing orders.
- Perform other various duties as assigned.
- Ability to function under pressure and deadlines.
- Ensure that all purchase orders comply with established policies, and procedures.
- Monitor, manage, and expedite open orders, as necessary.
- Maintain strong collaboration with customers to ensure products and services are delivered at the right price, quantity, quality, and time.
