Responsible of Customs Paperwork preparation as regime analysis and confirmation -IN-RT- V1- V5- F4-F5. Coordinate classification and catalog maintenance. Provide support to IMMEX reporting and Inventory Control activities. Review Proforma of Invoices & Pedimentos. Electronic file administration. Fixed Assets verification and Identification. Prepare on weekly, monthly or dairy KPIS. Participate in continuous improvement projects. Colaborate as auxiliary support to other areas according to Supervisor instructions. Other activities assigned by the Supervisor
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide Instructions to Brokers, and VoBo revisions.
- Customs Paperwork preparation codes (F4, F5, R1, V1, A3, V5)
- Update for the catalogue of customs codes and follow up classification of items
- Provide support on Virtual transferences Customs paperwork process.
- Coordinate certificate of origin collection and filing.
- Elaborates Daily, Weekly, and Monthly and reports.
- Customs Compliance electronic file analysis and audit
- And other activities assigned by Supervisor
