**Metal-Mechanical Automotive Plant in Apodaca is looking for a**
**Education**: Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or related field. Graduated or in final stages of studies.
**Main responsibilities and knowledge**
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate customer requirements across the organization.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their requests.
- Analyze customer demand.
- Plan shipping logistics.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, commercial, or logistics roles.
- Advanced conversational English.
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Experience using customer platforms/portals (e.g., Ford).
**Skills**: Proactive, service-oriented attitude, effective communication.
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, either 7:00 a.m. to 4:36 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 5:36 p.m.
**Salary offer**: Up to $37,000 MXN gross monthly.
