Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate logistics for purchase orders from origin to final destination, in accordance with Incoterms.
- Maintain updated records in systems such as HubSpot CRM and shared company files.
- Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs agents, and customers.
- Monitor shipments and provide proactive updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and update documents, invoices, and reports related to each shipment.
- Assist the accounting department with payment requests and invoicing.
- Support social media and marketing content updates.

What we are looking for:

- University degree in International Trade or a related field.
- Advanced English level (written and spoken) - must be able to communicate with U.S.based clients and partners.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in international traffic/logistics.
