**_Innovation & Technology Leadership _**
- _Identify opportunities to enhance business processes using emerging technologies. _
- _Drive adoption of digital tools like RPA, AI, cloud platforms, and data analytics to boost efficiency. _

**_Process Excellence Capabilities _**
- _Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. _
- _Establish and refine frameworks, best practices, and standards to ensure process consistency and quality. _
- _Lead and take ownership of 2-3 cross-functional initiatives focused on process efficiency and standardization. _
- _Monitor and optimize end-to-end processes to support strategic business goals. _

**_Project & Change Management _**
- _Plan, execute, and oversee improvement initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. _
- _Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interdependencies to ensure smooth execution. _
- _Lead change initiatives aligned with business needs, ensuring effective adoption across departments. _
- _Address resistance by providing teams with the right tools, resources, and coaching. _
- _Ensure stakeholder engagement and buy-in throughout the improvement lifecycle. _
- _Identify and mitigate risks related to change and modernization efforts to minimize disruption and ensure success. _

**_Communication _**
- _Develop and execute clear communication plans to support transparency and alignment. _
- _Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to facilitate understanding and collaboration. _
- _Maintain close communication with operational teams to ensure practical alignment and address on-the-ground challenges. _
