**Objectives of the position**:
- Provide technical support and services required in the company's business units.
- Ensure that production areas are operable with technological infrastructure.
- Make improvements to the company's IT equipment and systems
**Requirements and skills**:
- University level (Interns or recent graduates)
- Essential conversational English (The interview will be in English, daily contact with foreign staff)
**Software**:
- Practical knowledge in web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, focused on integration with Web Forms and developing functional interfaces.
**Database (SQL Server)**:
- Skill in creating, modifying, and executing queries in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience in developing and maintaining Stored Procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Understanding of relational database design, indexing, and query optimization.
**Hardware and Technical Support**:
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of computer equipment failures, including identification and replacement of physical components (RAM, hard drives, power supplies, etc.).
- Ability to resolve driver-related issues and hardware compatibility.
- General knowledge of technological devices (printers, scanners, projectors, etc.) for configuration and troubleshooting.
**Infrastructure and Networks**:
- Experience in the physical installation of network devices: switches, servers, NAS storage.
- Knowledge in structured cabling: organizing, piping, labeling, and connectivity testing.
- Ability to collaborate on technological infrastructure projects, including moves or network expansions.

- Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5:36pm
- Monthly salary from $26,000 to $31,000 MXN
- Biweekly payment
