Job Description Como **Key Account Executive de Nuevos Negocios** en **BIC**, serás responsable de identificar, desarrollar y consolidar oportunidades comerciales con clientes nuevos o no activos en los canales estratégicos (moderno, tradicional, e-commerce, institucional, entre otros). Tu enfoque será abrir nuevas cuentas clave, diseñar propuestas de valor personalizadas y construir relaciones comerciales sostenibles que contribuyan al crecimiento y posicionamiento de la marca BIC. Main Responsibilities: - Identificar y prospectar clientes potenciales para expandir la base de cuentas estratégicas en todos los canales.- Desarrollar propuestas comerciales competitivas y alineadas a la estrategia de la marca y del cliente.- Negociar condiciones comerciales (precios, promociones, condiciones de pago, logística) con nuevos clientes.- Dar seguimiento al proceso de onboarding del cliente hasta su integración completa al portafolio.- Mantener un pipeline activo y documentado de oportunidades de negocio en CRM.- Trabajar de forma cercana con equipos internos (marketing, trade marketing, logística, finanzas) para asegurar la correcta implementación de acuerdos comerciales.- Analizar tendencias de mercado, comportamiento del consumidor y competencia para proponer nuevas rutas de crecimiento.- Medir y reportar los KPIs de nuevas cuentas: facturación inicial, rentabilidad, cumplimiento de objetivos, activaciones. Projects You'll Work On: **Apertura y desarrollo de cuentas clave nuevas**, incluyendo grandes cadenas de autoservicio, departamentales, farmacias y tiendas de formato híbrido.**Lanzamiento de portafolios diferenciados** para cuentas específicas, ajustados al tipo de canal, perfil de consumidor y temporalidades.**Implementación de programas de activación comercial y visibilidad** para nuevas cuentas.**Diseño de procesos de onboarding comercial**, que incluyan desde acuerdos logísticos hasta indicadores de desempeño para nuevos clientes.**Desarrollo de estrategias de penetración en nuevos formatos de retail** y en geografías no cubiertas.**Colaboración en proyectos regionales de expansión comercial** con otros países de Latinoamérica si es requerido. Qualifications**Formación Académica**: - Licenciatura en Administración, Mercadotecnia, Negocios Internacionales o afín.**Experiência**: - Mínimo 3 años en posiciones de desarrollo de negocio o cuentas clave en empresas de consumo masivo (FMCG).- Experiência en apertura de cuentas como Coppel, Liverpool, 3B, HEB, cadenas regionales o institucionales.- Conocimiento profundo del retail mexicano, estructura comercial y formas de operar con clientes multicategoría.**Habilidades y Competencias**: - Mentalidad “hunter” enfocada en resultados y prospección estratégica.- Excelente capacidad de negociación, empatía comercial y pensamiento consultivo.- Proactividad, orientación a resultados y resiliencia ante procesos largos de cierre.- Manejo fluido de KPIs, rentabilidad, márgenes, condiciones comerciales y forecast.- Habilidad para influir y coordinar equipos internos multidisciplinarios.**Idiomas**: - Inglés intermedio-avanzado (deseable)**Herramientas**: - Excel avanzado, PowerPoint, CRM (Salesforce o similar), dominio de reportes y análisis.
