Como **Sales Executive** serás responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de venta alineadas con los objetivos de la compañía para el canal tradicional. Verificar la implementación de planes comerciales de Sell In y Sell Out, controlar los níveles de inventario y venta de los clientes, coordinar altas de productos y proyectos, y control de cartera y provisiones para alcanzar el volumen de ventas de manera sustentable en el año establecido para la zona. **Actividades**: - Seguimiento de ventas y pedidos con los clientes asignados. - Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de venta por cliente (SELL IN). - Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de SELL OUT para clientes asignados. - Seguimiento de cartera, notas de crédito y provisiones de gastos para los clientes asignados - Coordinación y recopilación de información de productos para estrategia en punto de venta - Coordinación de proyectos y exhibiciones para Punto de Venta dentro de las distintas categoría - Coordinación y seguimiento del proceso de alta de productos. - Manejo y desarollo de distribuidores de la region. **Cualificaciones**: - Licenciatura concluida. - 2 a 4 años de experiência dentro del área de ventas de consumo masivo y manejo de clientes dentro de la zona asignada. - Conocimientos básicos de finanzas (análisis ROI) - Manejo de excel intermedio. - Deseable conocimiento en JBP. - Deseable experiência con clientes como: Super Aki, Willys y Dunosusa. - Disponibilidad para viajar aproximadamente el 40% del tiempo. - Capacidad de gestión indirecta de personas (equipos de distribuidores y promotores de ventas). - Disponibilidad para estar basado en Mérida.
