- Supervise the resolution of customer complaints. - Implementation and communication of policies and processes related to customer service. Coordination and implementation of projects and initiatives related to Customer Service. Implement strategies to improve quality, productivity, and service performance. Handle management, internal and external reporting, and information analysis. Analyze relevant data and determine customer service outputs. Overseeing the achievement and maintenance of quality and customer satisfaction levels. Coordinate and negotiate the shipment of missing accessories to end customers. Supervise and support the team in the fulfillment of customer service functions. Communicate to the company departments and teams involved the strategic approach to customer service.

**Experiência y requisitos**
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the role Bachelor’s DegreeFluent English written and spokenMS Office (Excel)Management SkillsExcellent communication skillsConflicts Management
