Join our dynamic team as an On-Premise Brand Specialist. We are looking for a creative and driven individual to elevate our brands' presence and deliver success. The role involves identifying and recruiting new venues, segmenting them correctly, and eliminating those that have lost relevance. It requires building early relationships with trend-setting customers and staying ahead of industry trends. Additionally, the role demands being a reliable source of information for the team regarding consumer behaviour and legal restrictions.

Success is measured by recruiting new consumers, encouraging migration to premium variants, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role also includes identifying potential consumers to grow the base of collectors for high-end product purchases. Time allocation includes engaging with commercial partners, key clients, and consumers, as well as acting as a brand specialist with staff.

**Make an Impact**:
Day-to-day, you will be responsible for the following:

- Identify and recruit new venues - find and segment valuable venues based on market trends, while removing those no longer relevant.
- Maintain an external focus and build early relationships - stay ahead of trends and build early connections with influential, trend-setting customers.
- Be a source of information for the team - share insights on consumer behaviour, legal restrictions, and key industry figures to guide team decisions.
- Have complete control over the execution level of the venues - ensure high-quality execution at venues to recruit consumers, upgrade them to premium products, and deliver business value.
- Measure success - track performance based on new consumer acquisition, premium migration, and customer satisfaction.
- Grow the base of collectors
- identify high-value consumers at venues for potential direct or wholesale sales of premium products.
- Time Share - allocate 10% of time with distributors, 70% engaging with clients/consumers, and 20% training and motivating staff as a brand specialist.

**Your Talent and Skills**:

- College Degree
- Excellent oral presentation skills
- Brilliant customer service skills with the ability to consistently conduct oneself in an ethical and professional manner.
- Computer proficiency required in MS Office products.
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms.
- Positive attitude and out-going team player
- Passionate about achieving the highest standards of execution
- It would be advantageous to have previous experience within the hospitality industry
