Senior Specialist Sales Operations

**In your new role you will:
**- Provide premium service to internal and external customers and stakeholders
- Deliver field sales team (AM/FAE) with timely responses to inquiries from distributors or customers
- Collaborate and align across multi-functional organizations
- Manage professional relationships, attend meetings/calls
- Support product order information, management and follow up
- Support with Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) Legal communication
- Research and analyze reports to support the distribution business
- Research and report part information and material documentation
- Perform data entry and tracking
- Work with SAP/CRM for Pricing/Registrations/Logistics
- Resolve customer cases in tool as requiredSupport with internal/external sales rep inquires
**Your Profile**
**You are best equipped for this task if you have:
**- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related preferred, not required
- 3-5 years inside sales, sales operations or industry related experience
- Excellent English communication, written and verbal skills, comfortable with customer communication
- Ambitious and willing to research to find solutions
- Familiar with MSD 365, IDIS, SAP/CRM
- Keen computer skills, especially Excel and Outlook
- Extremely detailed organizational skills
- Adaptability/Flexibility (Hybrid work)
- Ability to work well both independently and within the team
- Strong analytical thought process
- Premium customer service mindedDesire to follow up, close out issues, and make an impact
