IT Sr Analyst
**THE JOB**:
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- **
Support day to day business requirements according to Global Service Level Agreements and defined IT support schema**
- **
Maintain Production Systems reliability through correct utilization of IT standard support and Governance processes**
- **
Lead, collaborate and implement Projects related to the Area according to the IT Project Grid across the Division**
- **
Participate in Project Planning and implementation of multiple and complex IT projects simultaneously**
- **
Drive analysis, research, and resolution of requests submitted by the business using existing technologies and ensuring solutions aligned with divisional goals and IT strategies.**
- **
Identify and assess new technologies and concepts that can add value to the business.**
- **
Deliver solutions to solve business requirements considering priorities and resources available**
- **
Promote alignment between business operational goals and Information Technology strategies**
- **
- **
Partner with other internal Information Technology organizations and other cross-functional business units as necessary**
- **
Build and maintain positive relationships with IT Peers, Business partners, customers, and external resources**
- **
Able to influence and negotiate critical decisions with key customers and partners**
**EXPERIENCE**:
- **
A proven track record of performance with at least 5 years on IT role implementing EDI/B2B interfaces with integration to SAP modules, or developing, configuring and implementing SAP solutions**
- **
Desired 3 years of experience as a Project Leader with increasing responsibility in a similar size organization, preferably in the private sector and a consumer goods organization.**
- **
Desired experience implementing Electronic Invoice, or EDI (X12, EDIFACT, XML) processes with Customers, Suppliers, Banks or Vendors**
- **
Very strong oral & written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and business needs in technical specifications (English and Spanish).**
- **
Very strong ability to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, technologies, individuals, and cultures.**
- **
A proven experience implementing or supporting technical solutions for Latin America processes**
**EDUCATION**:
- **
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or Business (preferred majors)**
- **
Advanced (English/Spanish), Portuguese (desired)**
- **
Desired WebMethods, or similar EDI middleware knowledge**
- **
Desired project implementation methodology**
