**Resumen de la Posición**
- Responsable ante el Superintendente de Manufactura de implementar los Sistemas de manufactura que aseguren el cumplimiento de los objetivos de calidad, costo y y entrega de su área
**Responsabilidades principales**:
- Lograr los objetivos qvc.
- Mantenimiento del sistema operativo / sistema eos.
- Fomentar la cultura de excelencia (cumplimiento a las politicas, procedimientos de la cia).
- Fomentar la cultura de seguridad e higiene
- Desarrollo de subordinados
- Recertificacion en six sigma
**Responsabilidades especificas.**
- Cumplir el Objetivo de la eficiencia de labor en su turno.
- Cumplir el Objetivo de efectividad operacional
- Mejoramiento en Calidad: PRR'S, WIR'S, SPILLS Y Fallas en Sistemas
- Reducir los Costos en rubros bajo su responsabilidad
- Implementación y Mantenimiento A DBS, BSI, e ISO 14000 en su área. Promoveer un Ambiente de Trabajo Sano y Seguro
- Cumplir con los Objetivos de educación y entrenamiento de su Personal Desarrollo de proyectos de reducción de costos y mejoramiento continuo. Promotor de seguridad y ambiental.
- Cumplir con la adherencia al plan de producción
- Estrategia para cerrar Gaps del QVC.
- Liderazgo efectivo de cadena de valor y sus Interacciones.
- Administración Efectiva del Tiempo Extra.
- Cumplir Programas de PPN'S
- Mantenimiento del Sistema Operativo
**Antecedentes/Habilidades**
- Ingeniería Mecánica o afín
- Ingles intermedio
- Manejo de MS Office
- Experiência laboral en áreas de corte, manufactura (mínimo 5 años)
- Experiência en el sector automotriz (arneses preferentemente).
- Administración de Sistemas de manufactura a nível supervisión.
