**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- You will support HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner)
- You will follow up on assigned client requirements.
- You will develop events and work sessions.
- You will follow up on a customer engagement plan.
- You will collaborate with focus group sessions.
- You will generate designs for internal communication as notifications and reminders.
- You will run team diagnostics
- You will carry out 360° evaluations
- You will generate presentations.
- You will execute voluntary resignations process.

**How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience**:

- You are currently studying a bachelor's degree in Labor psychology, Administration or similar.
- You are interested in developing in the area of Human Resources.
- You have an intermediate-advanced level of English, capable to keep conversations.
- You have knowledge in Office 360.
- You have schedule availability during mornings.
- You have the following competencies: confidentiality, emotional intelligence, follow-up and attention to detail, flexibility.
