**What are your contributions to the team?**:
- Ensure human resources cycle processes compliance.
- Propose, design and execute in collaboration with clients the Human Capital strategy of the areas supported in the short, medium and long term.
- Advise and enable leaders and employees on Human Resources policies, processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with union agreements accompanied by the Labor Relations area
- Ensure the correct execution of Global mobility processes accompanied by the Global Mobility Center area
- Actively participate in change management processes when required
- Support the execution and management of the employee life cycle
- Ensure adherence to the Code of Ethics
- Lead projects at site level
- Lead governance with union representatives
**How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience**:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology or related areas.
- You have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in the Human Resources and Labor relations area, with at least 3 years performing the functions described above.
- You have a level of English: Advanced, Able to hold a business
