**What you'll be doing**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Program Management & Delivery**
- Serve as the integration point across the Performance & Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE) to ensure consistency and alignment in program design and delivery.
- Orchestrate the integration and execution for all key global processes including performance and compensation cycles, benefits renewals, wellbeing initiatives, etc.
- Connect the dots between performance & development, compensation planning, benefits, and executive rewards to support a holistic talent strategy
- Lead the development of comprehensive rollout strategies that simplify complex programs for HRBPs and business stakeholders.
- Translate program interdependencies into clear messaging and actionable plans, ensuring programs are experienced as one integrated solution by the business.
- Partner closely with HR Technology, Total Rewards, and Talent Management teams to streamline processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and better user experience.
- Facilitate collaboration and coordination across HR COEs, HR teams, Finance, and Communications to ensure program alignment and delivery.

**Budgeting, Forecasting & Operational Support**
- Monitor and report on budget and spend for rewards and wellbeing programs globally, ensuring alignment with financial plans and ROI targets.
- Collaborate with Finance and the People & Culture teams to maintain accurate and timely budget tracking and forecasting.

**Governance, Metrics & Reporting**
- Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into program health, key milestones, and outcomes.
- Maintain documentation and ensure alignment to global policies, compliance requirements, and governance standards.

**Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of experience in HR, program management, or related roles, with knowledge of performance, compensation, and benefits programs.
- Experience managing complex, multi-region HR initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Strong program management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results on time and within scope.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Global mindset and cultural fluency.
- PMP, PgMP, or relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience in a global or multinational organization
