**JOB SUMMARY**

That Lead Workday Reporting Analyst develops reporting from Workday to compile and analyze HR data. Analyze extracted HR data for trends and patterns with a focus on turnover, retention and recruiting. Presents data in various ways to end users including senior leadership. Serve as a key business partner within various functions of HR while utilizing knowledge of HR and Workday to coordinate and design improved Workforce Reporting within Jabil.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and modify Workday reports for different modules (i.e., Core HR, compensation, talent, performance)
- Develop reports, dashboards, alerts, discovery boards and worklets
- Work collaboratively with other team members and people throughout the organization to understand business requirements for reports, then implement, test, and deploy
- Troubleshoot performance, security and data quality issues
- Identify areas of opportunity to consolidate and streamline reports
- Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication and effective prioritization
- Utilize knowledge of Workday Reporting and HR analytics to develop improved reporting and delivery of reporting to various HR functions and leadership
- Analyze, report and deliver monthly worldwide headcount and turnover information
- Maintain strictest confidentiality in all work aspects
- Understand basic database architecture, tables, functional interactions, and recognize and understand impacts to downstream systems
- Analyze and document business requirements and processes

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**

**KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**
- Strong proficiency in both English and Spanish languages
- Minimum 2 years Workday experience or equivalent
- E xperience in advanced, matrix and composite reports and calculated fields
- Possess experience with Workday implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer and worksheets)
- History of leading and supporting successful projects
- Excellent knowledge of database reporting and analysis tools including Excel
- Strong customer service skills and ability to effectively assist system users to resolve problems and questions
- Ability to communicate, present and interact effectively with all levels of management with effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment - adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
- Able to think abstractly, suggesting possible solutions to complex problems
