FUNCIONES
- RESPONSABLE DE ATENDER E INFORMAR OPORTUNAMENTE A LOS CLIENTES CON PROBLEMAS QUE SE SUSCITEN EN LOS VIAJES, ASÍ COMO BRINDAR APOYO EN LA SOLUCIÓN DE ESTOS POR MEDIO TELEFÓNICO Y/O CORREO ELECTRÓNICO.
- RESPONSABLE DE DAR SEGUIMIENTO A VIAJES CON EL APOYO DE CONTROLADORES LOGÍSTICOS Y MONITOREO.
- RESPONSABLE DE COORDINAR INDICACIONES DE COLOCACIÓN DE SISTEMAS DE RASTREO SEGÚN LO SOLICITEN LAS NAVIERAS.
- RESPONSABLE DE DAR DE ALTA UNIDADES EN CUENTAS ESPEJO.
- RESPONSABLE DE INFORMAR A CONTROLADORES LOGÍSTICOS Y MONITOREO INDICACIONES ESPECIALES.
- RESPONSABLE DE REGISTRAR E INFORMAR COSTOS ADICIONALES EN SERVICIOS
- RESPONSABLE DEL ENVÍO DE REPORTES A CLIENTES DIARIO.
- RESPONSABLE DE DAR SEGUIMIENTOY ESTATUS A VIAJES CON EL APOYO DE CONTROLADORES LOGÍSTICOS Y MONITOREO.
- SEGUIMIENTO DE LOS VIAJES COORDINADOS DE PRINCIPIO A FIN Y DISPONIBILIDAD 24/7 PARA LA ATENCION A CLIENTE
- REVISIÓN DE RUTAS Y TIEMPOS DE TRÁNSITO DE VIAJES, SUPERVISAR CUMPLIMIENTO DE VIAJES, EVALUACIÓN MENSUAL DE SATISFACCIÓN AL CLIENTE Y GENERAR REPORTE DE TRÁFICO A CLIENTES
- COLOCACION DE VENTAS PARA LAS DIFERENTES BASES.
