Team Overview:
We are looking for a last-year university student who wants to take a critical part on the success of the our new Fintech product (Didi Credit Card).

Role Responsibilities:

- Active participation on the operational strategy and execution of Growth team initiatives.
- Generate value-added insights through data-driven analysis to improve and optimize the user funnel.
- Design and implement initiatives, ensuring collaboration with different teams (e.g. marketing, product operations) to improve user experience, key business drivers and other performance indicators.
- Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, but this should be our strength.

Role Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Master degrees in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration are preferred.
- Previous internship experiences are highly preferred
- Proven hands-on mentality, self-motivated and self-directed: feeling comfortable taking ownership to ensure solutions at micro and high level
- Solid problem solving skills to tackle problems from different angles using data-driven thinking to identify insights and develop potential solutions in ambiguous environment.
- Clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly and highlight the key insights.
- Excellent organization and time management capabilities
- Expert working knowledge of Excel is a must. Programming languages (Python, SQL and R) highly appreciated
- Full proficiency in English & Spanish.
