**Description**:
**JOB SUMMARY**
- Responsable de establecer procesos de moldeo por inyección, realizar hojas de proceso.
- Responsable de la validación de moldes nuevos, verificación de máquinas y desarrollar estudios de moldeo científico.
- Manejo y supervisión de los técnicos de moldeo, entrenamiento.
- Desarrollar y administración de proyectos de reducción de costos, scrap y tiempos muertos.
- Implementación de proyectos de SMED y revisión de KPI, OEE en máquinas.
- Resolución de problemas del día a día en el proceso de moldeo.
- Re-validaciones de procesos para la mejora de tiempos ciclos y reducción de scrap.
- Reparaciones menores y mayores de moldes.

**Qualifications**:
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education
- Carrera en Ingeniería, ingeniería industrial, electromecánico, mecánico, y/o químico (relacionado con moldeo preferentemente).
- 5 años de experiência en proceso de moldeo por inyección en el área médica preferentemente.
- Experiência de moldeo en producto medica
- Análisis de fallas de moldes de inyección de plástico en productos médicos.
- Experiência en manejo de resinas como CPVC, PC, ABS, ACETAL, PP, PPO.
- Experiência en el manejo de Robot, Sepro, Wittmann.
- Experiência en máquinas de inyección de bajo, mediano y alto tonelaje.
- Experiência con moldes de hot runner, hotsprue, sistema de corepull y establecer secuencias.- Conocimiento de Validaciones (IQ, OQ, PQ).
- Ingles 80% (hablado y escrito)
- Conocimiento de proceso de Tampografía.
- Conocimiento de moldeo científico.
- Manejo de herramientas de taller.
