Molding Process Technician

The Molding Process Technician is in charge of the "set ups" in molding presses and keeps them running efficiently. Reports to Molding Leader.- Ensure that the presses have all their safety controls functional. Solve process problems in injection and transfer presses.- Start the press runs. Install and uninstall molds from injection presses due to damage and repairs.- Fill out the necessary documentation at each start-up of the press.- Generate work orders for corrective molds.- Generate work orders for corrective presses.
