**What will you be doing?**
- Collect and analyze business requests, including defects, enhancements, and new capabilities for the ServiceNow platform.
- Participate in and facilitate solution design for the requests.
- Investigate and analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide business support to all ServiceNow development and support functions.

**Qualifications**
**Who are we looking for?**
- At least 2 /+ years’ experience as a Business/Functional Analyst and administrating the ServiceNow

Platform.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, infor mation systems, or another related field (or equivalent

work experience).

discipline/IT Service Management process.

Certifications Preferred:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS - ITSM).
- ITIL v4 Foundation.
