**Position: MS Exchange and M365 Engineer**

**Location: Remote in Mexico**

**Full-time**
- 8+ years of Strong working experience in Exchange & M365 administration.
- **Good experience with Exchange On -Premise,**:

- 5+ years in a customer facing service role in any capacity.
- **Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.**:

- Face-to-face customer engagement skills
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Degree in B. Tech with Computer Science, BCA /MCA, MSC IT.
- Holds one or more Microsoft 365 related certifications.

**Must have experience**:
Microsoft Exchange Server

Deep understanding in Exchange server architecture 2010\2013\2016

Deep troubleshooting skills with Exchange server 2010\2013\2016

Designing & implementing services of MS Exchange server (2010, 2013, 2016, 2019) such as: High availability (DAG), Public Folders, Mail Flow, Disaster Recovery, Managed Availability, Messaging Policies, Compliance, Configuring Reporting & Logging

Experience in assessing Exchange Servers, health checks of existing solutions, provide best practice recommendations, guidance on clients, supporting customers on their operations in Exchange environments which includes change, release, performance, and availability management.

Experience with Exchange migrations, upgrades, and optimizations.

Deep understanding in SMTP

Experience and skills with Failover Clustering

Experience with PowerShell scripting

Proven track record in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on-premises environments
