- This position is responsible for ensuring that raw material and finished good products are imported/exported and delivered on time, in good condition, and in a cost-effective manner across US and México.-
- **Essential Functions**:

- Ensure that all Export / Import, International and domestic MAWB’s are prepared.
- Responsible for reviewing appropriate documentation, labeling and markings as included with each shipment.
- Arrange domestic and international shipments by truck to customers on time and accurately.
- Responsible for Tracking / Tracing all inbound and outbound shipments to assure the shipping schedule and on time delivery to local and US customers.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders & brokers to go through custom clearance procedure.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of brokers, freight forwarders and Import & Export agents
- Advise Pickups and Deliveries delays in a timely manner.
- Work closely with planning and shipping teams to arrange transportation among different factories and suppliers. and warehouses for production and shipments.
- Work closely with purchasing and component suppliers to obtain compliance documentation such as COO certificates and/or Mfg. Affidavits
- Responsible for monthly reconciliation of imported raw material inventory balances.
- Liaise with customer account managers, purchasing, planning and warehouse to establish and maintain effective and relevant export/import activities.-
Experiência y requisitos- Minimum 4 years working experience in import and export or foreign trade
- College degree, preferably in International Trade or Logistics
- Familiar with ERP systems will be a strong plus for this position
- Strong communication skills, Bilingual English 85% minimum proficiency written/spoken (required)
