The Senior Finance Ops Analyst is responsible for supporting the Global Operations Finance Sr. Analyst, mainly on updating reports and performing analysis.
Core Responsibilities:
- Interact with all Global Operations Finance team members, as well as with the Operations team.
- Participate in problem solving and team activities.
- Support Global Operations Finance Jr. Analyst with the not too complex tasks within processes such as:
- Supply Chain costs updates
- Head Count and People Cost updates
- Support for NSS standardization and outlook accuracy measurement updates
- Support for projects within Finance Ops area
- Capex projects visualization, plants financial ratios, and plants data base updates.
- Power BI reports updating.
- Monthly reporting package support.
Mandatory requirements:
- One to two 2 years of experience in Capex financial evaluations, financial model analysis, reports.
- Language: Spanish and English.
- Ability to analyze financial results.
- Ability to identify problems, develop solutions and take advantage of opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Desirable requirements:
- Experience in SAP, SAP BW and SAP BPC
- Experience on Finance Operations processes.
- LSS Green or Black belt trained.
- Experience in Power Steering.
Required behaviors and skills:
- Capable to build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external clients across the Ingredion offices in all regions to facilitate communication and solve business needs.
- Have analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Extensive experience working in a team.
- Ability to meet established deadlines.
- Adapt to changes and be open to new ideas and approaches.
