Lead SAP CRM Specialist

We are looking for an experienced **Lead SAP CRM Specialist**to join our team and support the Application Maintenance and Support stream for our on-premises SAP CRM system.

In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining system stability, addressing technical issues, and implementing improvements to align with business objectives. This position offers the chance to lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and deploy SAP systems, integrating various modules and external platforms to enhance functionality
- Develop and support SAP features using programming languages such as ABAP, Java, or Python
- Showcase expertise in data modeling, system performance optimization, and security measures within the SAP environment
- Enhance system capabilities by implementing advanced features and updates within the SAP CRM ecosystem
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers and system administrators

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a SAP Specialist, with a strong focus on SAP CRM systems
- At least one year of experience leading and managing development teams
- Extensive knowledge of SAP CRM, including configuration, customization, and system integration
- Proficiency in SAP CRM technical concepts and advanced functionality
- Strong background in programming with ABAP, Java, or Python for SAP-related development
- Experience with Agile methodologies and iterative development processes
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
