We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP CRM Specialist to join our team, supporting the Application Maintenance and Support stream for our on-premises SAP CRM system. In this role, you will ensure system stability, resolve technical challenges, and implement enhancements to meet evolving business needs. This is an opportunity to provide technical leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work in a dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement SAP systems, integrating multiple modules and external systems to optimize functionality
- Develop and maintain SAP features using programming languages such as ABAP, Java, or Python
- Demonstrate expertise in data modeling, performance optimization, and system security within the SAP environment
- Implement advanced features and enhancements within the SAP CRM ecosystem to improve system capabilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior SAP developers and system administrators

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience as a SAP Specialist, with a focus on SAP CRM systems
- Strong technical expertise in SAP CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration
- Proficiency in SAP CRM technical concepts and functionality
- Solid understanding of programming languages such as ABAP, Java, or Python for SAP development
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in iterative development environments
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher

**Nice to have**
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Customer Relationship Management and its advanced functionalities
