Job Summary:
The Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator is the key role in guaranteeing the proper material flow in our operation from receiving until delivery. This means that the scope includes receiving, cycle counts, supply to the shop floor, and shipping. Since this position will be a team leader, he should have leadership skills like proactivity, accountability, communication, as well as know basic continuous improvement tools. He will work closely with purchasing, planning, production and quality, as well as generate and present reports of main KPIs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor incoming shipments and plan resources accordingly
- Ensure all materials received are being stored in proper location assigned in our ERP SAP S/4 Hana
- Collaborate with Master Scheduling and Production to ensure materials are being supplied based on the production plan
- Implement a Material Flow for the entire end to end process
- Identify and resolve any warehouse issues or delays
- Develop and maintain inventory levels for finished goods and raw materials
- Forecast and track inventory needs based on production schedules and sales projections
- Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent excess or shortage situations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline warehousing processes
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to increase efficiency and reduce waste in the warehouse and material flow
- Generate and present production reports to management team
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make data driven decisions
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for cycle counts, inventory accuracy and inventory levels
- Communicate any potential issues or concerns to management and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with at least 4 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
- In-depth understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
- Experience with developing and implementing inventory management policies and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
